In my experience, round implants are preferable. In specific situations an attractive natural shape has resulted from tear-drop implants.
Each technique has its advantages and disadvantages. During consultation, you will be advised to what will suit you best.
During consultation, different sizes will be tried. Your breast measurements and skin tightness are important determinants of your future size.
