It starts to work after at least 3-4 weeks and lasts for at least 6-12 months, depending on the original skin problem.
Most benefit from 1-2 injections one month apart. We firmly beleive that the skin should be saturated with PRP. Therefore, we usually give 240 to 300 injkections for the face. With light sedation, it is pain free. For severe skin damage, we recommend an initial treatment of three injection sessions each one month apart. That is followed by maintenance treatment once every 6-12 months is recommended.
PRP has many applications. In plastic surgery, they promote an enhanced rejuvenation and healing of the skin elements thus creating a skin glow that is truly unique.
